DAPUR TURKI RESTAURANT
Retail Interior Design, +500 m², Jakarta, 2023
Concept
The planned Turkish restaurant in the Indonesia region was intended to reflect traditional Turkish elements within a modern architectural approach. Turkish arches, Turkish motifs, Seljuk stars, Turkish patterns, and vibrant color combinations were used to shape a contemporary design line. Local climatic conditions, budget, target audience, and the principle of using exemplary local elements were also considered.

Cafe Section
Designed to attract university students and white-collar workers from nearby areas, this section was planned as the central attraction. The design approach integrates Asian and Turkish elements.

VIP Section
This area was designated to host regional guests and customers with private reservations. Due to the nature of the space, distinct products and design components were incorporated.

Meeting and Family Lounge
This area was designed to accommodate guests with families, regional meetings, or client visits, functioning as both a social and professional space.
