 Concept

 Ihlamur Residence is a completed boutique development consisting of 10 residential units, including two spacious duplex apartments with attic floors. The architectural design embraces a contemporary yet grounded aesthetic, featuring a carefully composed façade of light-toned natural split stone, grooved timber battens, and fibre cement cladding. This material palette creates a warm, textured appearance that harmonises with the surrounding urban fabric.

 The project has been successfully realised with an emphasis on livability and outdoor integration. The shared garden includes a landscaped green space with a park and children’s playground, fostering a sense of community and family-friendly living. Ihlamur Residence stands as a refined and thoughtfully executed example of modern urban housing, where natural materials and residential comfort meet.
