 Concept

 Responding to the diverse expectations of unit owners within the building, I meticulously crafted floor plans tailored to a range of living configurations, including 2-bedroom 1-bathroom, 3-bedroom 1-bathroom, and 3-bedroom 2-bathroom layouts. Each plan was designed to maximise space efficiency, daylight access, and circulation, while maintaining the structural constraints of the existing framework. Collaborative design meetings were held with individual stakeholders to ensure that their specific lifestyle needs and spatial preferences were integrated into the overall scheme.

 Upon receiving collective approval from the owners, I proceeded to develop a comprehensive preliminary project package, aligning with local planning standards and architectural guidelines. The process included initiating the municipality approval phase and refining the external appearance of the building with a bespoke façade design. This new façade proposal aimed to revitalise the building's identity, introducing contemporary material palettes and composition strategies. The design was presented to the owners and project stakeholders as part of a unified and visually coherent architectural vision.
